Students will understand the role of urban school administrators, particularly focusing on the experiences and perspectives of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) administrators. Through interactive activities and discussions, students will gain insights into the challenges, responsibilities, and contributions of BIPOC leaders in education.
